Our goal is to help students and women from graduate level and up to get a head start in their chosen careers.
The Step-Up Sorority provides “little sisters” with a network of high-profile, successful “big sisters”, that will give them the representation, resources and support they need to get into the careers of their dreams.

Enriching Events

Every quarter, we host our sorority event, The Big Sister Brunch, which begins with a panel discussion followed by breakout sessions split by industry, for a deep dive into each field. Annually, we host our Annual Summer Party where we have the chance to celebrate wins as a community.

The Mentoring Program

The Step-Up Sorority Mentoring Program happens bi-annually, as 2 semesters that span 3 months each. This works out as 6 fortnightly calls with one of our big sisters, to share career guidance and life advice to help change and shape the futures of all members of the sorority.
