THE STEP-UP SORORITY MENTORING PROGRAM is the perfect opportunity to connect with a "big sister" currently working in your dream industry, to build the network, resources and guidance you may need to help kickstart your career. Each semester we have 40 places available, and if selected, you will be paired up and commence the Mentoring Program, which will span 3 months*.
This will work out as 6 fortnightly 20 minute phone calls that could change and shape your future.
With your “big sister”, you will cover 3 defining factors in starting a career:
INDUSTRY GUIDANCE: get a deep, 1-1 insight into the industry you’re interested in working in.
JOB APPLICATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS: preparing for what to expect once you reach this stage.
LIFE ADVICE: receive big sisterly advice on what is to come.
